As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
At Your Tartan, taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us. All Your Tartan employees are provided with health insurance and every employee is being paid their full salary during this time.
All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders.

At this unprecedented time, Your Tartan operations continue, but delivery times are now likely longer than usual.
The safety of our team is paramount at all times, and we thank our customers for their co-operation in these challenging times.
Yes, we have had to increase social distancing at our printing facilities and this has resulted in decreased output.
We are doing everything humanly possible to get the orders out as fast as we can, while maintaining the safely of all employees.
Current orders production times are now longer than at normal times, at 7-9 days.
Delivery times, the time taken from our printing facilities to get to your door have increased in many areas. We are seeing some cities and regions affected more so than others.
There are also some issues with tracking pages being slow to update with some couriers.
