Shipping & Returns
Production Time: Because all our products are print on demand, your order will be produced within 2-4 days after order is placed. Please allow us to make your own items with all our best, so we take great pride in delivering the highest quality products for our customers. So much do thank you for your patience.
Shipping Time: Estimated shipping time: 7-9 days.
Return & Refund: We only refund the total order when the product design is wrong and the product is damaged.
Cancellation & Modification: Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 06 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
